In Sales & Marketing at Roster, you create the first impression of Roster for leads and prospects, making your role vital for the success of the company. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing & Operation team to shape our sales process, and along the way, you will interact with product and technology to share client feedback and help Roster grow quickly.

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to cultivate the skills and tools needed to develop in your career at Roster. If you are interested in growing your career in sales, marketing, account management, learning & development, or operations, this role will allow you to explore, grow, and specialize as the Roster team grows and scales.

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads, maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects

  • Schedule appointments with prospects

  • Track all sales activities in the company customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Coordinate between the sales and operations team to ensure seamless handoff and customer experience

  • Drive product usage, growth, and renewals within the current Roster client base

  • Document and track lead, prospect, and client feedback on Roster’s products and services

  • Write and proofread marketing content

  • Maintain and update marketing content on company website and social media accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Confidence and comfort to cold-call prospects and develop new sales leads

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required; Visa sponsorship not available
