Communicate the purpose of Roster’s 360 feedback methodology to subjects. Templates make it easy for you to generate buy-in for the process.
Step 2
Choose from each subject’s peers, direct reports, and other key team members to create custom cohorts. An automated survey assistant ensures subject and participant selection is optimal and robust.
Step 3
Select and submit your target launch date. Roster takes care of the rest.
Step 4
Each survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. A typical survey period lasts 14 days. Roster’s system will send periodic reminder emails to participants, and the Project Manager can track progress and manage notifications through the Roster portal.
Step 5
Roster will analyze the data and review each report for clarity and coherence before release to the subjects. The Roster 360 report encourages the subject’s in-depth exploration of their strengths and opportunities for growth.
Step 6
Roster coordinates with subjects to schedule a facilitated insight debrief session for Premium and Advanced programs. During the session, subjects meet with a Roster advisor to review their results and plot a course for further professional development.
